We provide an immersive, two-week program at our Omaha headquarters for new Claims Professionals to gain direct access to company leaders, practical insights, and a supportive network. With a focus on collaboration, real-world scenarios, and career-long learning, we provide a foundational experience designed to launch a rewarding claims career at BHHC.
BHHC Academy
Employees have the opportunity to access BHHC Academy to stretch their skill set by completing any number of our training courses on demand.
Learning Library
Leadership Development
We offer a variety of leadership development programs at our company. Our programs provide effective leadership development through hands-on exercises, active discussions, and the review of management theories and best practices. These programs provide a foundation in an initial session and continue to support and build on this throughout the year. Participants also have the opportunity to implement leadership practices on the job and learn from each other through our Network Learning series. Our leadership development programs cater to different levels within the company and cover concepts such as motivating frontline leaders, managing change and transitions, driving engagement and retention, and fostering collaboration and alignment across teams.

STATE-SPECIFIC PROGRAMS & CERTIFICATIONS
These enable our team to handle claims according to specific state laws in California and Texas. For instance, the Self-Insurance Certificate and Workers’ Compensation (WC) Adjuster License.

American Occupational Health Conference (OHC): Attending this conference updates our team on the latest trends in occupational health.
