- Vacant, occupied or partially occupied properties on one policy
- No maximum or minimum number of buildings or dwellings
- Pro rata cancellation if property becomes occupied or is sold
- Light renovation and stalled construction acceptable (subject to company guidelines)
- Tailored vacant property form
With Premises Liability, you can expect:
- Per occurrence limit up to $1,000,000
- Aggregate limit of two times occurrence
