Notice Regarding Florida Policies
Due to the State of Emergency in Florida in the aftermath of Hurricane Ian, between September 28–November 28, 2022, BHHC will not cancel, non-renew, or issue a notice of cancellation or nonrenewal of a Florida policy except at the written request of the policyholder. Policies that would have been canceled between September 28–November 28 will remain in effect until January 27, 2023, and the premium will be pro-rated for any additional term.
