In response to Hurricane Francine, Louisiana released a Declaration of Emergency. This Declaration notes 25 parishes impacted: Ascension, Assumption, Cameron, East Baton Rouge, Iberia, Iberville, Jefferson, Lafayette, Lafourche, Livingston, Orleans, Plaquemines, Pointe Coupee, St. Bernard, St. Charles, St. James, St. John the Baptist, St. Martin, St. Mary, St. Tammany, Tangipahoa, Terrebonne, Vermilion, Washington, and West Baton Rouge. It will expire on September 18th.
