Nevada Division of Insurance Encourages Flexibility for Wildfire-Affected Policyholders

Recent wildfires in northern Nevada, including the Hawk, Bug, Fred Mountain, Stallion, Oxley, and Sombrero fires, have caused significant disruption for residents and businesses. The Nevada Division of Insurance has encouraged insurers to work with policyholders impacted by these events by providing flexibility related to premium payments and other accommodations where appropriate.

If your business has been impacted by the recent Nevada wildfires, please contact BHHC Accounting to discuss payment arrangements or other available accommodations.

For additional information, please review Nevada Division of Insurance Bulletin 26-003.

Agents: Please contact your Business Development Manager or Underwriter with questions about affected accounts.
