What are the Opportunities Available to a Claims Professional?

Our Claims Professionals (CPs) manage a caseload of workers compensation claims. They support injured workers, their employers, and medical providers to facilitate care that returns the worker to health and work.

Many Claims Professionals are hired without prior experience and participate in our robust training program. All you need is aptitude, attitude, and empathy.

Our multimodality, hands-on training program includes claim-handling strategies, medical terminology, and legal concepts.

Following training, Claims Professionals are placed in carefully selected, supportive teams, where they work closely with their colleagues and the team supervisor to continue their learning and support our injured workers in their recovery journey.
