The mission of the Workers Compensation Learning & Development program is to promote and facilitate employee development and organizational effectiveness by providing the highest quality training that meets individual, group, departmental and organizational needs.
BHHC Academy, our Learning Management System, supports the facilitation, delivery, documentation, reporting and administration of our training courses and programs.
Employees have the opportunity to conveniently register and enroll in BHHC Academy to complete any number of our training courses and have access to our BHHC Academy Learner Guide for information and helpful tips.
Our Learning Library offers 200+ eLearning options from a wide array of subject areas via BHHC Academy. Topic areas include business essentials, customer service, leadership and coaching, personal development, project management, tech skills, and more. Each course can be completed at any time and reviewed as often as needed.
Our Leadership training works to create a culture, community and learning environment that fosters the development of exceptional leaders.
Our Leadership 101 program provides our front-line supervisors effective leadership development through hands on exercises, active discussions, and review of management theories and leadership best practices. We provide a foundation in an initial 2-day session, and support and build on this throughout the year. Our Network Learning series which follows the initial session focuses on implementing the leadership practices on the job and provides opportunities for our leaders to share experiences and learn from each other.
